Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is fully coated in the sauce.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the pasta and beef mixture. Cover the skillet for a few minutes until cheese melts.
Plate the pasta and sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese on top. Garnish with parsley.
