Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine

Ingredients

  • - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • - 8 oz linguine pasta
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tbsp butter
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional for heat
  • - Salt & black pepper to taste
  • - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • - 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • - 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional, for garnish

Method

  1. Start by cooking your linguine according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add the cubed chicken to the skillet and season it with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet and mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and Parmesan cheese, mixing until it's all creamy and delicious.
  6. Finally, garnish with fresh parsley and chili flakes if you like a bit of spice.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy every bite of your Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine!
